Purchases made through arcaudio.com are processed by a third party platform, Quivers. ARC Audio reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.

ARC Audio does not authorize the purchase of any ARC Audio brand speakers, sub woofers, amplifiers, processors or motorcycle audio equipment from ANY online retail or EBay store except thru the ARC Audio online retail store located at HTTPS://ARCAUDIO.COM or https://creativeaudio.net for online purchases within United States.

Products not purchased through an ARC Audio authorized brick and mortar store front location or thru HTTPS://ARCAUDIO.COM  or https://creativeaudio.net will not be covered by ARC AUDIO under warranty and will not be repaired or replaced without applicable charges to the customer.

Just because a website or EBay store, person  on the other site of the phone or email, etc says they have product in stock and claim they are authorized, does not mean they are authorized. If you purchase products from any website or online retailer other than HTTPS://ARCAUDIO.COM or https://creativeaudio.net. rest assured, you are buying from an unauthorized location that may take your money and leave you without any form of product, or product guarantee and you will not have factory support for your purchase.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Items purchased through arcaudio.com that are in new, unopened, and unused condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund less the cost of shipping. Return shipping on any item is solely the responsibility of the purchaser. Items received in any condition other than new, unopened, unused will be returned and the return request will be denied.

In regards to international customers ARC Audio does not authorize any for of online sales outside of the USA -or- from within the USA to any international territory in any capacity. International customers can purchase ARC Audio products from authorized retailers in their own country via our authorized dealer network within those territories only. Any purchase by an international customer outside of the USA from ANY Online Source will not be covered by any form of warranty, service or support guarantee. A special note to our international clients. Please be very cautious when purchasing products online from this party sources. ARC Audio does NOT authorize the reproduction or manufacturing of current, discontinued or random products with the ARC Audio name on them by third parties. We do NOT sell any products that have been officially discontinued and anybody claiming this is attempting to sell you unauthentic, fake non ARC Audio designs and any purchase you make from a non Authorized ARC Audio brick and mortar reseller in your respected country will leave you doing so at your own risk.

ARC Audio recommends that consumers regardless of their location ALWAYS make their purchases only through authorized retailers and channels, so they may receive a full factory warranty and have access to knowledgeable and experienced industry professionals who specialize in the products they are purchasing for their individual applications.
